DCHS Presentations and Shelter Tours

DCHS would be delighted to make a presentation at your school, library, or organization, or host your group for a private, behind-the-scenes tour of the shelter. We are proud of our work with homeless animals and would love to share our mission and program with you, and have you meet some of our wonderful cats and dogs. DCHS regularly hosts school groups, Girl Scouts, 4-H groups, Learning in Retirement, and many others. In addition we are able to meet requirements  for Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts to earn different badges, just talk to us in advance about what you need.

If you would like a DCHS speaker to make a presentation at your organization, we ask that you cover DCHS’s travel expenses for the event.

To set up a visit and tour of the shelter, or a presentation to your group, call our Communications & Development Coordinator April Delfosse at 920-746-1111 ext.5 or email her at april@dooranimals.com
